Vokami Child Safety Standards
Beta / pre-release. Vokami is in closed beta and internal testing. These standards describe our child safety commitments during early store review. Operator and legal review is required before a broad public production launch.
Our commitment
Vokami prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, predatory behavior toward minors, trafficking or exploitation of minors, and any content or activity that endangers children.
We treat reports of child safety concerns seriously and may take enforcement action, preserve relevant information where legally appropriate, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
Age requirement
Vokami is intended for users 18 years of age and older and is not directed to children. Users must not use Vokami if they are under 18. We do not knowingly permit accounts for users under 18.
Published standards against CSAE
Users must not engage in the following on Vokami or through Vokami-related services:
- Create, upload, share, request, promote, or distribute CSAE or CSAM.
- Use Vokami to contact, groom, exploit, coerce, or sexually solicit minors.
- Post content that sexualizes minors or that appears to depict minors in sexual contexts.
- Evasion of moderation, encouragement of abuse, or redirection of users to off-platform abuse.
Violations may result in content removal, account restrictions, suspension, or permanent account termination, subject to our moderation processes and applicable law.
Reporting child safety concerns
If you see content or behavior that may endanger a child:
- In-app reporting — Where reporting controls are available in the app, you may report posts or other safety concerns through those in-app tools.
- Email — You may contact [email protected] with details about the concern, including links or identifiers visible in the app where possible.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services in your region.
Enforcement
When we become aware of potential CSAE or CSAM, Vokami may:
- Remove or restrict access to violating content.
- Restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in violations.
- Preserve relevant evidence where legally appropriate to support review and lawful cooperation.
- Cooperate with lawful requests from relevant authorities.
Enforcement decisions are made through our moderation and safety processes. We do not guarantee a specific response time for every report.
Legal compliance
Vokami will review child safety reports and, where required by applicable law, report apparent CSAM or CSAE to relevant regional or national authorities. Compliance obligations may vary by jurisdiction; we aim to meet applicable legal requirements as we understand them at the time of review.
This page does not describe every legal obligation that may apply to operators or users in all regions.
Child safety point of contact
For child safety concerns, contact:
Include as much detail as you can safely provide (for example, post identifiers, usernames visible in the app, and a description of the concern). Do not send CSAM or illegal material by email.
