Android availability. Vokami is available on Android through Google Play in supported launch regions, including Saudi Arabia and the United States. Support response times and processes may change as the product evolves.

Bug reports
If something is not working as expected, please include:
- A short description of the problem.
- Steps to reproduce the issue, if you can.
- Your device model and operating system version (for example, Android version).
- Screenshots or screen recordings, if safe to share and helpful.
- Whether the issue happens on every attempt or only sometimes.
When you install Vokami from Google Play, crash information may also be available to developers through Google Play Console. You can still report issues directly so we can investigate faster.
Account issues
- Sign-in problems — confirm your email and password. Use password reset if available in the app.
- Profile updates — edit your profile from Settings or Edit Profile in the app.
- Session issues — try signing out and signing in again. If you have installation issues, reinstall from the official Google Play listing for Vokami in your supported region.
- Delete your account — see our Delete account page.
Safety and reporting
Vokami includes tools to help you stay safe:
- Report — use in-app reporting on posts or comments you believe violate our guidelines or pose harm.
- Block and mute — manage blocked and muted users from Settings → Safety Controls.
- Moderation — new audio posts may be reviewed before they appear on public feeds, where that workflow applies.
Vokami support is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Feedback helps us improve Vokami. We may not be able to respond to every suggestion, and we cannot guarantee that any particular feature will be implemented.
